The Pti Coaching Academy has three primary focus areas;

One to one coaching for Executives and Senior Leaders

The Pti Coaching Academy will provide you with your very own Executive Coach who's role it is to help you realise your agenda, goals and vision through a series of coaching sessions.

Based on their biographies we ensure that our coaches are carefully selected to closely match an individual's profile - after all it's the connection between a coach and coachee, and the mutual respect and trust they develop, that will determine the success of the relationship.

The Leader / Manager as the Coach

The Coaching Academy offers a series of open and in-house programmes covering the essential coaching skills, required to be a Coach; Introduction to Coaching, Business Growth Coaching and Advanced Coaching Skills, with accredited programmes also available.

In-house Business Coaches

With managers workload stretched further than ever before the question is, are they spending enough quality time coaching their people and teams? A solution we have devised through the Coaching Academy is for us to support the managers with dedicated in-house Pti Worldwide coaches, either on secondment from the business line or externally recruited.
