Royston brings his knowledge and experience to wider audiences as a regular speaker at conferences in the UK and worldwide. Through a diverse background and business career spanning over 18 years Royston has a unique breadth and depth of business experience which benefits his clients.

Royston's career started in the construction industry working as a project manager for HBG (Higgs & Hill) in both the UK and USA. He later moved onto Jarvis and Balfour Beatty International, where he was a trouble-shooter on multi million pound construction projects.

Grasping the opportunity to develop his business experience, he then moved into sales & business development focusing on both organic and acquisitive growth for a major plc business.

Prior to setting up Pti International, Royston specialised for 4 years in orchestrating mergers and acquisitions in continental Europe. This involved the full integration of the companies into the new plc business with key responsibility for driving business growth, sales and profitability.

His unrivalled approach, developed after working with over 1200 companies, gives his clients a unique edge - 'real world' methods, ideas and strategies delivered in a challenging, passionate, results driven style.
