It enables them to lead with clarity, solve complex problems with critical thinking skills and harness emotional intelligence. Your leaders and managers will have a clear vision for where they are going, WHY and how they are going to get there.
A report for the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, by The University of Sussex, found that individuals are happier and more productive when their leaders show a clear vision and a commitment to stakeholders. All part of the growing importance of purposeful leadership.
Today’s next-generation leaders and managers need to be purposeful in the way they think, feel and act. The leader is the HERO in the story.
They need to be ‘enabled’ as well as ‘empowered’ because empowerment without enablement is a train crash.

Thinking differently; Agility, Relevance and Organisational Resilience – In a dynamic environment, change leadership is not a ‘nice to have’, it’s a MUST have and a fundamental part of business. At the core of this module is the transformational change framework and key principle of lead – drive – change.
The Time Bank – In a modern commercial world where everyone is expected to achieve more with less, the ability to get things done is increasingly more stressful and challenging. This part of the programme concentrates on effective self-management and having a leaser beam focus, with a ruthless prioritisation of activities and workload.
Customer Focus – Businesses need to think, feel and act differently in their engagement strategy with clients and customers. Old ways of thinking and acting will just not cut it in a customer experience economy. This module helps your leaders understand what it is to build a customer-centric business, where in the minds of your clients you are the partner of choice.
The Leadership Challenge – The leadership challenge is ultimately, how are leaders and managers going to do more with less. What people want and need from their leaders is changing. This module addresses how to be consistently different in order to embrace the changing generational needs and wants, new ways of working and the changing dynamics of the modern business environment.
