MBDA had a key target group of Junior Managers (Level 4, circa 50) who had all been identified as ‘talent’ and leaders of the future.
Retention of this group was critical for the mid to long term succession planning for the business – therefore, there was a desire to create a tailored, high impact intervention focused on fast-tracking the development of this target group. The focus being on equipping people with the skills, tools, mindset and confidence to take ownership of their careers and future.
Based on our world-class transformational personal growth programme, RISE, we developed a branded programme for MBDA called Momentum, to be delivered over a 6-month period. This included blended learning, with 5 face to face modules, followed by a stretch, work-based project.
The programme is such a resounding success that 2 cohorts attend the programme each year.
RISE delivers increased employee focus, confidence and personal resilience. Delegates are more engaged and motivated after attending this unique programme. RISE is about unlocking people potential, unleashing their success and ultimately, translating that into business success.
