MBDA had a key target group of Junior Managers (Level 4, circa 50) who have all been identified as ‘talent’ and Leaders of the future.

Retention of this group is critical for the mid to long term succession planning for the business – therefore, there was a desire to create a tailored, high impact intervention focused on fast tracking the development of this target group. The focus being on;


Project overview

A branded programme called Momentum, delivered over a 6-month period, utilising the content from our world class personal transformation programme; livingyourfuture

The blended solution aligned to 70/20/10 including 5 x face to face modules spread evenly across the 6 month period;

A stretch work based project was set by the CoDir of MBDA – a real business challenge which they wanted to the Momentum Group to problem solve and propose innovative, compelling solutions to address.

The programme is such a resounding success that 2 cohorts attend the programme each year.
